We were truly blown away by the many people and business sponsors who joined us in this effort. Together, our amazing community raised $5,360 for Kaiden and his family.
We are so proud, humbled and honored to be given the opportunity to share in the lives of our Members and our Community and when we ask you to stand up and partner with us in giving, You. Never. Disappoint. . All proceeds went directly to supporting Kaiden and his family.
Kaiden’s Story: Kaiden, just 6 years old, has already faced more than most of us will in a lifetime. In May 2024, Kaiden was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy. To help him walk better, doctors performed major surgery to lengthen his calf tendons and inserted pins in his knees and plates in his hips. Just as he began to recover, his family got more devastating news—Kaiden had Leukemia.
Since then, Kaiden’s been doing everything he can to heal. He goes to physical therapy three times a week, takes daily chemo pills, and makes weekly trips to the hospital for spinal chemo treatments. His mom, Sarah Branston, had to leave her job to care for him and his two siblings full time.
This tournament was about more than fishing. It’s about helping a family in our community and giving Kaiden a reason to smile.
